The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, which made the stay enjoyable. the rooms and bedding were clean, and the beds themselves were comfortable. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was easily accessible by bus and tube, making it convenient for traveling around and exploring the city. having food shops and a Tesco superstore nearby was a bonus.

The hotel's decor and fixtures appeared worn and outdated. There were also some maintenance issues, such as water dripping from the overhead panels in the bathroom.

Convenient location, easy check-in, clean and comfortable room with hot water and comfortable bed. Noise from the road blocked out by glazed windows. Can recommend nearby café for breakfast. Exceeded expectations and will stay again. Looking forward to return visit.

It was so convenient to be able to store chilled food and drinks, especially during the holiday season. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key. It was close to major bus stops, making it easy to get around, and there were plenty of small, local restaurants nearby. It was great to have a variety of dining options right at our doorstep.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about my stay. the shower drain was partly blocked despite my notification to the staff.
